Guidelines for Local Fan Shirt Orders & Jersey Orders

*All communication about fan shirt and jersey orders will be solely between the Local Sports Coordinator and Blacklines Printing LLC. Any and all inquiries and/or changes should be made through the Local Sports Coordinator to be relayed to the vendor.


Fan shirts

  • Fan Shirts will all be made out of a unisex Poly-Cotton blend t-shirt ranging in the following sizes: Youth S, M, L and Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL.

  • Fan Shirt Pricing:

    • $8 for standard UG T-Shirt with Local Name printed on back

  • Sports Coordinators will use given sign-up sheet template for brethren to sign up to order a local shirt. All interested brethren must sign-up by or before Sunday, August 21.

  • Sports Coordinator will consolidate the quantities per size and place their COMPLETE order online at: ________________________________. (See attached How-To Guide) This will require a 1% down payment to guarantee order and will in turn generate an invoice for the total amount due after print job is complete.  

  • Online order must be processed by Sunday, August 21, 2016 at midnight.

jerseys

  • Sports Coordinators can use the given Jersey Order Template for each of the teams to record the names, sizes, and numbers for each team’s jerseys.

  • Three Jersey Order selections:

    • OPTION 1: Polyester Performance tee ($6) + front logo and number on the back.

    • OPTION 2: Jersey with front logo and back number

    • OPTION 3: Jersey with front logo, back number, and name

  • Jerseys come with several additional print options:

    • Front Logo: +50 cents per color

    • Back Number: additional $5

    • Back Name: additional $5

    • Small Front Number: additional $5

    • Small Front Unity Games Logo Patch: additional $3 .

  • All jerseys will have the Unity Games logo patch on the chest above the heart.

  • All rosters with completed names, numbers, and sizes must be e-mailed to blacklinesprinting@gmail.com by Sunday, August 14, 2016 at midnight.


PICKING UP

  • Orders will be processed in the order that they are received.
  • Orders will not be delivered. They will be picked up at vendor location.

  • Orders will be ready for pick-up on the following dates and times:

    • Wednesday, August 31

    • Thursday, September 1

    • Friday, September 2

    • Sunday, September 4

  • Please call 682-20-PRINT prior to August 31st to get an estimated Completion Time and Date to ensure that your order is completely ready by the time you pick up.

  • Orders can be picked up by the Local Sports Coordinator (or appointed person-in-charge) at Blacklines Printing: 4396 Enterprise Place Suite E Fremont, CA 94538.


PAYMENT

  • To guarantee order, Sports Coordinators must process both the fan shirt and jersey order online with a 1% deposit.
  • Options for for Payment:
    • One full check made out to Blacklines Printing LLC
    • One full online payment via the online shop starting on the day of pick up.
  • Complete payment is due by Friday, September 30 or a 1.5% late fee will incur per month.
